The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean, nice beds and linen, convenient free parking for first 2 hours.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Clean room& bathroom, good breakfast, helpful staff.
Extra charge for parking lot (not garage), no possibility to change money, no fan in the bathroom. Bit far from the centre, but the taxi is not so expensive.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, making it ideal for both short stays and business trips. The range of entertainment options, including a bowling alley and billiards, provides plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's location, though slightly outside the city center, is easily accessible by public transportation, allowing guests to admire the beautiful sights of Vladimir, such as Sabornaya square.
Our experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Tiny rooms; about 45 minuts walk to main sights.

Nothing - we bought "business" class room - it was like a regular double room with no hot water.
"Business" type room is tiny, paid a lot of money for nothing... Very poor.... Would never ever stay again!!!!!!

The hotel had a good selection of drinks at the bar and Russian billiards were available on some floors. Bowling was also an option. the area may not be walking distance to the historic part of town, but there were bus connections that could take you there in ten minutes. the hotel had its own paid parking lot.

Cheap parking (with little complicated system of payment). Entertaiment center on the second floor. If you are traveling on a car not so bad location from the city center.

The location of this hotel is disappointing; it is not in easy walking distance from the city center and the entertainment complex leaves a lot to be desired. the hotel does offer a few advantages, such as clean and comfortable rooms, and a decent breakfast spread.
The service at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Some staff members were unhelpful and rude, and there were extra charges for everything, including basic amenities such as bathrobes.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. They tried their best to assist me despite the language barrier. The hotel rooms were tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. I found a parking spot easily and enjoyed the complimentary time. I appreciated the location, which took me a short walk to the main city center away from the noisy entertainment district.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

To begin with the reception staff didn't know anything about my booking. I had to switch on my ipad to proove it. Second, the cost for the reserved rooms named by the receptionist was 30% higher than I had in my reservation voucher. Again I had to proove it. And the last. There are at least 3 restaurants at the hotel. But some people (E.G. security staff) strictly didn't recommend us to have dinner at the hotel. We took a taxi and went to the other district of Vladimir to have dinner. Thus, I have a question: Is it always like this? Is it dangerous or harmful to have dinner at this hotel? Then what about breakfast which was included? Who is responsible for the hotel cuisine?
